This 1978 Daimler Double Six Vanden Plas was comprehensively restored in February 2000 at a cost of over £23,500 (with an invoice in the history file showing the work done). It was registered in May 1978 and has four recorded keepers. The odometer shows 82,655 miles; there's no record of an MoT back to 2005 when online MoT information began. However, as an historic vehicle, the Daimler should now be MoT-exempt. It is said to be running and driving well with no issues, and has recently had new headlining, fuel pump, fuel filter, hoses, air filters and repairs to wiring. Paperwork includes assorted invoices, old MoTs and Jaguar Enthusiasts Club condition form. There is no V5C.
