This 4.2-litre Jaguar XK benefits from a recent respray in November 2025. It is accompanied by a service booklet with 12 stamps (all by Jaguar main dealers and independent specialists) up to 81,775 miles in 2021, and today the odometer shows 87,469 miles. It was first sold by The Jaguar Centre in Hessle, East Riding, registered on 30th April 2007. The V5C shows 6 former keepers.
Although the car was declared a Category N insurance loss ("no structural damage and repairable") in 2021, it has passed 2 MoT inspections since then, and the current certificate is valid to 21st July 2026.
In addition to its respray, receipts show that nearly £1900 has been spent at Jaguar specialists since the current owner acquired the car in April 2025. This work included a new auxiliary belt and pulleys, O2 sensor, AC compressor and attention to a few electrical gremlins. The brake fluid warning light is on, reportedly due to a wiring issue. There is also some bad wiring under the passenger seat, and the CD player is not currently working.
The vendor tells us that he would love to keep it, but is moving abroad. “It drove from Hull to here without missing a beat. Fantastic smooth and responsive drive.”
